To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at least 24 hours after the requested delivery date or within seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day. This will allow us to make sure that the order has not yet been created by the florist or sent out on delivery. If we are able to cancel the order we will provide a full refund. 

A&M Floral Place buys the finest flowers from around the world and our goal is to deliver the freshest and highest quality cut flowers to our customers in NYC. All flower orders are final. No returns or exchanges. Once flowers are dropped at their delivery address.

Flowers are highly perishable and time-sensitive products. A&M Floral Place provides flower care instructions with each order, please follow our care tips. A&M Floral Place is not responsible for damages resulting from customer absence, deliveries left in inclement weather when the recipient is not home, products left in the packaging or improperly handled by the customer. If you are not satisfied with the condition of any items received, contact A&M Floral Place within 24 hours of receipt and provide your order number and clear photographic images of the product(s) in question, evidencing all affected stems via email to contact@amfloralplace.com. A&M Floral Place will offer replacement products, or issue a refund for photographed items at its discretion. A&M Floral Place may require a return of the product before any replacement or refund is issued.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Please provide your order number and clear photographic images of the product(s) in question, evidencing all affected stems via email to contact@amfloralplace.com. A&M Floral Place will offer replacement products, or issue a refund for photographed items at its discretion. A&M Floral Place may require a return of the product before any replacement or refund is issued.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
