Delivery Terms
- We provide delivery services exclusively within the NYC area. A&M Floral Place does not offer shipping options. For deliveries beyond NYC, please contact us directly to discuss arrangements.
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM may still be eligible for same-day delivery depending on availability—please call us at +1 (929) 760-8082 to confirm. If same-day delivery is unavailable, the order will be delivered the following day.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.
- Scheduled Delivery: You can choose your preferred date and time window in your cart before proceeding to checkout to ensure your flowers arrive exactly when needed.

Delivery Fees
- The delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. The minimum delivery fee is $15, and the final fee depends on the exact address and the complexity of the order. If the fee is not calculated and only a pickup option appears, please call us at (929) 760-8082 or email us at contact@amfloralplace.com to place your order.
Delivery Policies
- Recipient Availability: We deliver orders within the time window selected at checkout. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If a delay occurs, our manager will contact the recipient in advance.
- Missed Deliveries: Our delivery team makes one delivery attempt per order. If the recipient is unavailable, we will make up to three phone calls to the provided phone number. If there is no response, we will follow the delivery instructions (if provided) or leave the order near the main entrance and send a text notification. Once the delivery is completed, A&M Floral Place is not responsible for lost or stolen flowers.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the order will still be considered fulfilled, and a re-delivery fee will be required.
- Special Instructions: If you have specific delivery requests, please include them at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate them.
Special Delivery Information
- When placing an order for hospital delivery, please provide the phone number of the person who will collect the flowers. Our delivery staff cannot enter hospital rooms and will leave arrangements at the reception or with security staff.
