After joining, you’ll receive a form where you can add your important dates — anniversaries, birthdays, and more — plus your flower preferences.

We’ll take care of the rest — preparing and delivering beautiful bouquets right on time.

The price of the arrangement depends on its size and the type of flowers you choose.

If you go with regular flowers like roses, spray roses, and similar blooms, the arrangement can be larger.

If you prefer more luxurious flowers like garden roses, ranunculus, or peonies, it will look more special and detailed.

 

Just let us know what style or look you’d like, and we’ll create the arrangement the way you imagine.

We’ll prepare and deliver every arrangement on your chosen dates without any reminders needed.

 

A few days before each delivery, you can always reach out to us for updates — for example, if you’ll be away on vacation or celebrating holidays and want to move the date. If no changes are needed, our manager will simply confirm the delivery date with you and arrange payment for that occasion.

How do I tell you which dates matter to me?

After joining, you’ll receive a short form where you can list special occasions — like birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, “just because,” or anything else that matters to you.

You can update or add new dates anytime throughout the year.

Can I customize my arrangements?

Yes — when you join, you’ll fill out a short preference form.

You can tell us about your favorite flowers, colors, styles, and who each arrangement is for.

Every delivery will be individually designed based on what you love.

Will I get reminders or updates?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a reminder before each scheduled delivery, and a notification when it’s time to renew your membership next year.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that the one-time $36 annual fee is non-refundable.

What do I get for the $36 yearly membership?

Your membership gives you access to exclusive member pricing, free delivery, and a personal flower concierge service.

We’ll keep track of your dates, design each arrangement based on your preferences, and handle the delivery — so you can simply relax.

When do I pay for the arrangements?

You only pay when an arrangement is prepared for delivery.

For example, if your tier is Premium ($160), we’ll send you an invoice before your arrangement is created and delivered.

Delivery is always free — it’s part of your membership benefits.

Can I change dates later?

Yes, you can update your dates and preferences anytime — just let us know, and we’ll confirm your changes by email.

Can I return the arrangement if I don’t like it?

Yes, you may return the arrangement at the time of delivery if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Please hand it back to the driver immediately upon delivery.

 

If you were not home at the time of delivery, please contact us right away so we can assist you further. We may ask for reasonable proof to support your request.
